The Hub in Witton, being developed by PRUPIM, has been designated as the site for the new Birmingham Wholesale Markets. It is therefore no longer commercially available for development as a large-scale distribution centre.

There are several other sites in Birmingham which could be used for large-scale distribution development, such as:
