The professional, financial and business services sector is poised to generate most of the new jobs in the next decade. Birmingham Professional DiverCity has been set up by Birmingham Forward and Birmingham & Solihull Learning & Skills Council with the mission to introduce greater ethnic diversity into the workplace. The non-profit making company will be tackling one of the major issues facing business and the wider economy.
