Birmingham Contact Centre Network Group's next event has been scheduled for 5th June 2008 at Edgbaston Cricket Ground.

The Contact Centre Network is hosted by Locate in Birmingham and is themed around developing self-awareness and interpersonal skills. It will be an interactive event with speakers; designed to improve your personal and organisation's efficiency.

The event provides a vehicle for contact centre managers & experts in the field to discuss new developments. The group has been set up to support companies & help share best practice.
