With all the talk of recession or the economic downturn it seemed appropriate to look at a range of topics that are prevalent to the industry in the West Midlands. We have been fortunate thanks to Vertex and Service Birmingham to hold our next forum out at Fort Dunlop, which will allow us the opportunity to see the new Birmingham City Council call centre premises in action.
With speakers from Service Birmingham, National Express and South Birmingham College, we will tackle a variety of subjects including Call blending – inbound and outbound, Ofcom regulations, corporate and social responsibility and how employees can impact your business including up skilling the workforce and redundancy (support and retraining for staff).
