21.00 - 22.30 The InterContinental Carlton Hotel, 58 La Croisette, Cannes. Birmingham's Premiere Dinner. Strictly by invitation only. Councillor Mike Whitby, Leader, Birmingham City Council will host the dinner.

22.30 - 01.00 The InterContinental Carlton Hotel, 58 La Croisette, Cannes. Open to all MIPIM delegates. Dance the night away with Birmingham band "Hot Property", featuring several high profile individuals from the Birmingham Property community.
