Now in its 17th year, this is the key international real estate event, bringing together over 5,000 decision-makers, investors and end-users from throughout the sector. Locate in Birmingham will be present at the event, together with Cllr Mike Whitby, Leader of Birmingham City Council; and Cllr Ken Hardeman, cabinet member for regeneration. For the first time, Birmingham’s leading developers will be sponsoring the city’s exhibition stand with a £250,000 package to boost awareness of Birmingham and their developments.

The key developers are: Mailbox, Ballymore, Calthorpe Estates, Keepmoat, Chase Midland, Miller Developments, Land Securities, and Abstract Land and are investing £25,000 each. There are a further two unnamed sponsors.
